Grief & Loss

Everyone experiences grief in their own way.

The loss of a loved one, a relationship, a pet, life stage, or even a job, can trigger strong grief reactions. Traumatic incidents can also cause grief and anger.

Grief can involve a range of emotions, including sadness, anxiety, anger, loneliness, guilt, relief, confusion, and numbness. While these emotions can feel painful, they are normal.

There is no order or timetable in navigating through loss, and sometimes it’s not easy to do it alone.

If you feel stuck, overwhelmed or disabled by grief or loss, we can help.

Coralie has a special interest in grief and loss, and is happy for you to phone or email her to make an appointment.
